Responsibilities:
- E-Commerce Planning: Develop and execute annual and seasonal e-commerce plans tailored to the Nigerian market, defining product mix, key categories, and core SKUs aligned with customer demand and brand strategy.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Plan and manage product launches, monitor performance, and optimize lifecycle strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Sales & Performance Analysis: Track sales metrics, inventory turnover, pricing trends, and customer behavior; provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
- Pricing & Promotions: Design and implement competitive pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive revenue while maintaining margins.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels across all online channels, ensuring efficient replenishment, stock movement, and sell-through optimization.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor the Nigerian market:
- ecommerce trends and competitor activities to refine strategies and maintain market competitiveness.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, retail, operations, and global e-commerce teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant e-commerce experience, preferably within the Nigerian market.
- Hands-on experience with Jumia and Konga online is essential.
- Background in sportswear, fashion retail, or FMCG is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian consumer behavior and online shopping trends.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, BI tools, or merchandising systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to work in a multicultural environment.
