Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to manage the fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders to our customers. As an Ecommerce Fulfillment Officer, you will be responsible for managing the entire fulfillment process, from receiving and processing orders to shipping and delivery. You will work closely with our logistics team to ensure seamless delivery of products to our customers.

- Experience Level : Entry level
- Experience Length : 2 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Verify order details and ensure accuracy of orders
- Pick and pack orders for shipping
- Coordinate with logistics team for timely delivery of orders
- Track and resolve any issues with orders
- Maintain accurate records of orders and inventory
- Continuously improve fulfillment processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in e-commerce fulfillment or logistics
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 monthly
