Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based, and child-centred lessons aligned with the early years curriculum.
- Prepare creative learning materials and activity centres that stimulate curiosity and motor skills.
- Track child development through continuous assessment, observation, and constructive feedback
- Maintain clear records of attendance, developmental milestones, daily care, and behaviour
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and well-managed classroom environment that promotes positive social habits.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of NCE (TRCN or early childhood education background preferred).
- At least 2 years of proven experience as an early years or class teacher in a structured school environment.
- Montessori experience is an added advantage.
Location: Owerri
Remuneration: NGN 80,000 - 100,000 Monthly (depending on years of experience)
Resumption Time: 7 am - 7:30 am
