Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise the Geo Store website and online sales platforms.
- Create, update, and maintain accurate product listings and pricing.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate stock availability with relevant teams.
- Process customer orders and oversee fulfilment activities.
- Develop strategies to increase online traffic and sales conversion.
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.
- Analyze sales data and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure seamless customer experience and brand consistency across all platforms.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of BSC
