Job summary
The E-Commerce Website Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s online store to drive traffic, improve customer experience, and increase online sales.

- Manage daily operations of the e-commerce website and online store
- Upload and maintain accurate product listings, pricing, images, and descriptions
- Monitor website performance, traffic, and conversion rates using analytics tools
- Optimize user experience (UX), site navigation, and checkout processes
- Coordinate with IT, marketing, and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment
- Implement SEO, promotions, and digital campaigns to increase online visibility
- Ensure website security, data privacy, and system uptime
- Handle customer feedback, online inquiries, and issue resolution
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing (2–5 years preferred)
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar)
- Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and online payment systems
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and team coordination abilities
