Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to achieve sales targets and business goals.
- Optimize the e-commerce platform to enhance user experience, increase conversion rates, and drive traffic.
- Work with web developers and designers to ensure the site is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
- Prepare and present regular reports on key performance metrics, insights, and recommendations.
- Address customer inquiries and issues promptly to ensure a positive online shopping experience.
- Manage and mentor the e-commerce and digital marketing team, including setting goals, providing feedback, and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing efforts and e-commerce operations.
- Plan and oversee the acquisition of new sellers to the platform
Requirements:
- 5 years of cognate experience
