E-Commerce Sales Associate
Job summary
We are seeking an E-commerce Operations & Sales Associate who is responsible for driving revenue through digital channels while maintaining an optimized online store.

Responsibilities:
Digital Sales & Customer Engagement
- Respond to customer enquiries via website, WhatsApp, and social media DMs.
- Qualify leads, recommend suitable products, and follow up on quotations.
- Close sales, guide customers through payment, and schedule in-store visits or demos when required
Shopify Store & Content Management
- Upload and update products on Shopify, ensuring accurate titles, descriptions, and specifications.
- Manage product images, videos, and assign items to correct categories/collections.
- Optimise SEO fields on product pages (titles, meta descriptions, URLs).
- Create and manage landing pages for campaigns to support Marketing & Growth initiatives
CRM, Inventory & Pricing Coordination
- Create and update leads/deals in Zoho CRM, moving them through approved pipeline stages.
Sync product availability and pricing from Zoho systems to the online store. - Remove or hide out-of-stock items and flag pricing discrepancies to management.
- Ensure accurate data entry for products, amounts, and customer info.
Order Fulfilment & Shipping Operations
- Confirm payments for digital transactions and coordinate store pickup or delivery.
- Set up and maintain shipping zones, rates, product weights, and package sizes.
- Test checkout processes regularly to ensure accurate shipping calculations.
- Track fulfilment status, ensure details are recorded in CRM, and escalate delays
Performance Tracking & Store Audits
- Conduct regular store audits for broken links, missing images, or incorrect pricing.
- Ensure Meta Pixel and Google tracking codes are properly verified for key events (e.g., Purchase, Add to cart).
- Provide daily/weekly sales updates and flag stock or delivery issues affecting conversion.
