The E-Commerce manages the online presence. This role combines technical operations, product uploads, and website performance analytics with creative execution, including email marketing and leading the creative team
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage product uploads
- Oversee product photoshoots, editing, and image creation. Design marketing materials and ensure brand consistency across all digital assets.
- Schedule and manage email Marketing/newsletters. Collaborate with the creative team on new product strategies and promotions.
- Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, and user experience. Maintain basic SEO and identify opportunities for website improvements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a BSc in any related field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience
- Expertise in uploading products, managing inventory, and synchronizing data across multiple distinct platforms.
- Proficiency in graphic design, image editing, copywriting, and managing scheduled email/newsletter campaigns from asset creation to distribution.
- Ability to delegate tasks to a creative team while monitoring website metrics (conversions, traffic, AOV) to drive weekly and monthly performance reports.
