This role is responsible for making sure our marketing, sales, and operations teams work together effectively to increase revenue and improve customer acquisition.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead the company's growth strategy and identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability
- Make creative and marketing plans to ensure campaigns deliver strong results
- Ensure the creative production pipeline runs on schedule
- Ensure all deliverables meet the set quality standard
- Set targets for teams and ensure accountability for results
- Solve marketing bottlenecks and fix problems that might impact our marketing
- Hold regular performance review meetings and track progress against goals
- Improve systems, processes, and reporting across the business
- Prepare reports and recommendations for management on business performance
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in E-commerce, Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or a similar role
- Proven experience growing sales and scaling e-commerce businesses
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition, and conversion strategies
- Experience managing teams such as Media Buyers, Copywriters, Videographers, and other marketing professionals
- Good understanding of key marketing metrics like Conversion Rate, attention Retention, Profitability, etc.
- Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of what a good creative looks like
- Understanding of how all major advertising platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok work
