The E-Commerce Associate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day online store operations, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This includes product listings, order processing, inventory monitoring, customer support, and assisting with digital marketing activities.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Upload and manage product listings, images, and descriptions across online platforms.
- Monitor and update inventory to prevent stock discrepancies.
- Process customer orders promptly and accurately
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
- Assist in executing online sales campaigns and promotions.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure website content is accurate, engaging, and up to date.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in any field of experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
