Role Title: E- Commerce &Growth Lead (DTC&Marketplaces)
Location: Lagos, Nigeria.
Role Overview
We’re hiring a hands-on E-Commerce & Growth Lead to own and scale digital revenue across DTC, marketplaces, and online channels.
This role is ideal for someone who has personally driven revenue growth not just managed agencies or teams.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Ownership & Growth
- Own and grow digital revenue across DTC and marketplaces
- Deliver monthly and quarterly growth targets
- Improve key metrics: conversion rate, AOV, LTV/CAC
- Build scalable acquisition and retention systems
E-Commerce Performance
- Manage and optimize website performance (UX, funnels, CRO)
- Run A/B testing and continuously improve conversion
- Oversee product merchandising, pricing, and promotions
- Work with operations on inventory and fulfillment alignment
Performance Marketing
- Execute and scale paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube)
- Optimize CAC and drive strong ROAS
- Track full-funnel performance and attribution
- Build weekly performance dashboards and insights
CRM & Retention
- Own lifecycle marketing (email, SMS, WhatsApp)
- Increase repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value
- Build segmentation and personalized campaigns
- Support subscription/loyalty initiatives
Requirements
- 6–8years experience in e-commerce, growth, or performance marketing
- Proven track record of driving online revenue growth
- Experience in FMCG, beauty, wellness, or consumer brands
- Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar platforms
- Strong expertise in paid media and performance marketing
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills.
