Responsibilities:
- Supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Facilities during duty shifts.
- Support events and banqueting operations when scheduled.
- Handle guest issues, conduct routine inspections, and prepare shift reports.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years’ hotel operations or supervisory experience.
- Good working knowledge of core hotel departments and facilities coordination.
- Strong communication skills and flexibility with shift duties.
