Responsibilities:
- Instruction & Curriculum Delivery: Deliver high-quality practical and theoretical driving lessons tailored to multiple international jurisdictions (FRSC/VIO, DVSA, DMV). You will prepare students not just to pass tests, but to drive confidently anywhere in the world.
- Instructor Training & Mentorship: Leverage your expertise to mentor junior instructors and conduct internal training sessions. You will help standardize teaching methodologies across the team to ensure all staff meet our global benchmarks.
- Learner Management: Adapt lesson plans to suit individual learner needs, particularly focusing on young adults (ages 16–25) from internationally mobile households. You will maintain accurate digital progress logs using our proprietary platform.
- Operational Safety: Conduct daily pre-lesson vehicle safety checks and ensure the dual-control vehicle is maintained to the highest standards.
- Brand Representation: Uphold professional standards at all times, representing the school at partner institutions such as secondary schools and universities.
Requirements:
- To succeed in this role, you must possess a unique blend of technical skill and instructional leadership:
- A valid Nigerian driving licence (Class C) and VIO/FRSC instructor certification are mandatory.
- Additionally, you must hold an international driving instructor qualification (e.g., UK ADI, US State-Certified Instructor, or Canadian equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience.
- Experience teaching teenagers or young adults is highly desirable.
- You must be patient, calm, and a clear communicator.
- Proficiency with digital tools for logging lessons is required.
- A clean driving record with no major convictions in the past 5 years.
