Responsibilities:
- Driving company staff (agents, managers, executives) to property sites, meetings, and client appointments
- Transporting clients during house inspections and real estate tours
- Ensuring safe, timely pick-up and drop-off
- Keeping the vehicle clean, fueled, and in good condition
- Planning routes using GPS and avoiding traffic delays
- Delivering documents such as agreements, receipts, or property files
- Assisting with light logistics (e.g., carrying small items or keys)
- Reporting vehicle issues, accidents, or maintenance needs immediately
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Good knowledge of city roads and navigation apps
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles (sometimes required)
- Basic vehicle maintenance awareness
- Strong sense of responsibility and patience in traffic
- Always maintain professional behavior and good communication
