Job Summary

The driver will be responsible for transporting the MD and everything that concerns him in a safe and efficient manner. This role requires adherence to all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring the safety of the MD and maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition.

Experience Level : Mid level

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Safely drive vehicles to designated locations
Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle by performing regular checks and maintenance
Must be able to drive interstate
Plan and manage efficient routes to optimise travel time and fuel consumption
Adhere to all traffic regulations and company policies regarding driving and safety
Complete vehicle logs and reports as required
Communicate effectively with the admin supervisor and team members to facilitate smooth operations
Report any accident, incidents or mechanical issues to the admin supervisor immediately.

Requirements:

Valid driver's licence
Proven experience as a driver with 3 years of experience
Must be able to drive manual vehicles
Knowledge of Abuja surroundings, including traffic patterns and routes
Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and repair is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work late hours, including weekends
Clean driving record
Must have good hygiene
Must be able to feed himself
Must be punctual, have integrity and be humble
Must be willing to live in the house of the MD.
