Driver

Responsibilities:

• Transportation and Logistics
• Safely transport staff, management, clients, and visitors as assigned.
• Deliver and collect documents, materials, equipment, and other items as required.
• Ensure timely arrival and departure for all scheduled trips.
• Plan efficient travel routes to avoid delays and minimize travel time.
  

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after trips.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and in good working condition.
• Monitor fuel levels, engine oil, water, tyre pressure, and other vehicle components.
• Promptly report mechanical faults, accidents, or maintenance needs.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing and repairs as directed.
  

Compliance and Safety:

• Adhere strictly to traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and all required vehicle documentation.
• Ensure the safety of passengers and company property during transit.
• Observe defensive driving practices at all times.

Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate vehicle logbooks and trip records.
• Record fuel purchases, mileage, maintenance activities, and other vehicle-related expenses.
• Submit required reports as directed by management.
  

Administrative Support:

• Assist with basic errands and official assignments when required.
• Support operational activities that require transportation services.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding company information and activities.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of proven driving experience.
• Experience driving executives or operating company vehicles is preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• LASDRI card

• Timeliness and punctuality of transportation services.
• Vehicle cleanliness and maintenance status.
• Compliance with traffic and safety regulations.
• Accuracy of vehicle records and reports.
• Number of preventable accidents or traffic violations.
• Fuel management and cost efficiency.
