Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport staff, clients, or goods as required.
- Plan routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries or pickups.
- Perform routine checks on vehicle condition, including oil, fuel, tire pressure, brakes, and other essential components.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance activities.
- Adhere to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of goods when necessary.
- Report any accidents, vehicle issues, or incidents promptly to management.
- Provide courteous and professional service to passengers or clients.
- Support other operational duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and proven experience operating company vehicles safely.
- Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and basic vehicle maintenance procedures.
- Ability to plan routes, manage schedules, and ensure timely deliveries or pickups.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance.
