Driver

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport the employer and authorized passengers as required.
• Ensure punctual arrival at appointments and scheduled destinations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and general condition of the vehicle.
• Carry out routine vehicle checks and report faults promptly.
• Plan routes and use knowledge of local roads to ensure efficient transportation.
• Comply with all traffic laws and road-safety regulations.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the employer’s movements and personal affairs.
• Assist with other reasonable driving-related duties as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience as a professional or personal driver.
• Must possess a valid Nigerian driver’s licence.
• Good knowledge of Port Harcourt roads and surrounding areas.
• Must be experienced in driving safely and responsibly.
• Good knowledge of road safety rules and defensive driving.
• Must be reliable, punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy.
• Must be neat, presentable, respectful, and well-mannered.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and ability to identify minor vehicle faults.
• Ability to keep the assigned vehicle clean and in good condition.
• Must be willing to reside within the premises as required.
• Applicants with previous experience working for a private residence are strongly preferred.
