Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport bank staff, management, and authorized visitors to designated locations.
- Deliver and collect official documents, parcels, and correspondence as required.
- Ensure timely airport pick-ups and drop-offs for staff and visitors.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report faults, accidents, or maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness, fuel level, and roadworthiness of assigned vehicles.
- Keep accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance, and trips.
- Ensure vehicle documents, licenses, insurance, and permits are valid and renewed when due.
- Adhere strictly to road safety regulations, traffic laws, and the Bank's policies.
- Assist with administrative errands and logistics support when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and bank information encountered during official duties.
- Ensure the security of passengers, documents, and assets while in transit.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management
Requirements:
- Minimum of an S.S.C, E
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
