Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Drive staff, clients, and visitors to various locations, including court, meetings, and events.
- Ensure the vehicles are in good working condition, including fueling, cleaning, maintenance & permit renewals
- Perform errands, such as picking up supplies, dropping off packages, and running other tasks as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Office Administrator.
Requirements:
- O-Level/Vocational or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- 2-3 years of experience as a driver, preferably in an office setting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
