Job summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team immediately. The role involves managing project documents, correspondence, and filing systems to ensure accurate records across all active contracts and operations. Candidates must be organised, tech-savvy, and available to start right away.

Responsibilities:
- Receive, register, distribute, and file all incoming and outgoing project documents and correspondence.
- Maintain document control registers and ensure version control across all active files.
- Organise and manage physical and digital filing systems (contracts, drawings, reports, letters).
- Track document submission deadlines and follow up with relevant teams.
- Support preparation of transmittals, memos, and formal letters.
- Assist with compliance documentation and regulatory submissions as required.
Requirements:
- HND or B.Sc. in Information Management, Business Administration, Library Science, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in document control, records management, or administrative support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with Google Drive or SharePoint is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Must be available to resume immediately.
