Digital Marketer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies aligned with the bank’s growth objectives
• Manage the bank’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
• Create engaging and informative digital content to promote banking products and services
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance using digital analytics tools.
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns to improve customer engagement.
• Optimise website and digital content for Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
• Plan and execute online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads).
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to promote loan products, savings accounts, and financial services.
• Manage online customer inquiries and ensure timely responses.
• Track digital marketing trends and recommend innovative marketing strategies.

Requirements;

• Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in Digital marketing, preferably within the financial services or fintech sector.
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
• Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms.
• Excellent content creation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse digital marketing data and generate insights.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
