Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dispatch Rider located in Lagos. The Dispatch Rider will be responsible for the timely pick-up and delivery of items to various locations as required. Key tasks include maintaining records of deliveries, ensuring proper handling and transportation of items, and adhering to company safety and operational guidelines.
Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lagos road networks and strong route navigation skills
• Experience in performing delivery tasks in a professional and timely manner
• Adherence to safety protocols and regulations for road safety
• Effective communication skills and customer service abilities
• Possession of a valid rider’s license
• High level of personal responsibility, reliability, and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and handle physical tasks effectively
