Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver packages safely and on time
- Plan efficient delivery routes across Lagos State
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain proof of delivery where required
- Ensure the assigned motorcycle is kept clean and in good working condition
- Communicate effectively with customers and the operations team regarding delivery updates
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1–2 years' experience as a Dispatch Rider
- Good knowledge of Lagos State road networks and traffic patterns
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A responsible, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
