Job Summary
The Dispatch Rider will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of legal and administrative operations through efficient, timely, and secure delivery of documents and materials. This position requires discipline, good road knowledge, and adherence to safety and confidentiality standards.

Job Description/Requirements
- Deliver and collect court documents, letters, and parcels to/from clients, courts, and government offices.
- Ensure all deliveries are properly signed for and documented.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections, and routes.
- Ensure all documents are delivered in good condition and on time.
- Keep the dispatch motorcycle clean and in good working condition.
- Conduct routine checks and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
- Ensure all dispatch-related licenses and documents (rider’s card, vehicle papers, insurance, etc.) are valid.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Assist with errands and document handling within the firm as required.
- Support the litigation team in filing or collecting documents from courts when necessary.
- Provide daily delivery reports to the Administrative Officer or Head of Chambers.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience
- Minimum of SSCE
- Good knowledge of Lagos routes and traffic regulations
- Reliability, punctuality and strong sense of responsibility
- Professional appearance and client-facing etiquette
- Honesty and confidentiality in handling sensitive documents
- Basic communication and record-keeping skills
