Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver packages, parcels, documents, and goods safely and on time
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to avoid delays
- Ensure proper handling and security of items during transit
- Obtain delivery confirmations and maintain accurate delivery records
- Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance of the dispatch bike
- Comply with traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
- Report delays, accidents, or bike faults promptly to management
- Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service during deliveries
- Ensure all vehicle licenses and documents remain valid and updated
- Support logistics and operational activities when required
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE qualification
- Valid rider’s permit and driver’s license
- Proven experience as a Dispatch Rider or in a similar logistics role is an advantage
- Good knowledge of local routes and road networks
- Ability to ride safely and responsibly
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Physically fit, reliable, and punctual
