Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver parcels, documents, and other items promptly.
- Plan efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate delivery records.
- Ensure the assigned motorcycle is kept clean and in good working condition.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a dispatch rider.
- Minimum qualification of an SSCE.
- Excellent knowledge of Lagos routes and traffic patterns.
- Valid Rider's Permit and LASDRI Card.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and use Google Maps for navigation.
- Physically fit, responsible, and trustworthy.
