Operating from our hub in Ajao Estate, the ideal candidate will safely navigate Lagos routes, ensure the timely delivery of packages, and maintain Nasugo's high standards of professional customer service.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Delivery Operations: Transport and securely deliver packages, documents, and goods from Ajao Estate to various client locations across Lagos.
- Navigation & Tech Use: Use smartphones and GPS navigation apps to locate efficient routes and avoid Lagos traffic.
- App Management: Update delivery status in real-time using Nasugo’s internal mobile application.
- Customer Service: Act as the face of Nasugo by interacting with clients politely and handling delivery disputes professionally.
- Vehicle Care: Perform daily routine inspections and maintain the cleanliness and basic mechanics of the assigned motorcycle.
- Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of daily deliveries, client signatures, and operational expenses.
Requirements:
- Valid National Driver’s License (Class A - Motorcycle).
- Valid Lagos State Rider’s Card.
- Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of proven experience as a professional dispatch or delivery rider in Lagos.
- Proficient in smartphone usage, Google Maps navigation, and digital messaging apps.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in basic English.
- Exceptional knowledge of Ajao Estate, mainland shortcuts, and general Lagos traffic regulations.
- Strictly prohibited from collecting cash or personal fees from customers.
- Zero record of serious traffic accidents.
- Zero record of serious criminal offenses.
