Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver items, documents, and parcels to clients or offices within assigned areas.
- Ensure all deliveries are made accurately, securely, and on time.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain proper records of deliveries and collections.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch controllers, clients
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE/WAEC certificate.
- Valid rider’s permit
- Proven experience as a dispatch rider or similar role.
- Good knowledge of [insert city/region] road network.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (and local language, if applicable).
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Polite, reliable, and trustworthy.
