Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver packages safely and on time.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding deliveries.\
- Confirm delivery details and obtain proof of delivery where required.
- Maintain accurate records of completed deliveries.
- Ensure packages are handled carefully to prevent damage or loss.
- Report delivery challenges or delays promptly.
- Maintain the assigned motorcycle in good working condition.
- Follow all road safety regulations.
- Perform other logistics duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Previous Dispatch Rider experience is required.
- Must possess a valid Rider’s Card.
- Good knowledge of Port Harcourt roads and routes.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers.
- Must be smart, energetic, punctual, and responsible.
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Must be trustworthy and careful when handling customers’ packages.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines.
- Must be willing to follow company procedures and safety regulations.
What We Offer:
- Remuneration: NGN 80,000 monthly.
- Bonuses: Additional bonuses based on company policy and performance.
- Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday.
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
