Job Summary

We are looking to hire a reliable and responsible dispatch rider to join our courier business. The ideal candidate must be punctual, professional, and committed to delivering excellent service.

Minimum Qualification : High School (S.S.C.E)
Experience Level : Entry level
Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Pick up and deliver packages, documents, or items promptly.
Ensure safe handling and transportation of goods.
Plan and follow the most efficient routes.
Maintain accurate delivery records.
Handle basic vehicle maintenance and report issues.
Adhere to traffic laws and company policies.
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.

Requirements:

Minimum of High School (S.S.C.E) qualification.
Minimum of 2 years of experience.
Must have a valid rider's permit/license.
Must be punctual and responsible.
Must have a working smartphone for communication & navigation.
Must be familiar with routes in Lagos.
Must be able to handle packages with care.
Must be familiar with Google Maps.
Must be familiar with road & riders documents.
