Job summary
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Dispatch Rider to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely and safe delivery of goods, documents, and packages to customers within Lagos.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver packages, documents, and goods to designated locations promptly.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries.
- Ensure goods are safely transported and delivered in good condition.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and collections.
- Collect payments and obtain delivery confirmations where required.
- Ensure the motorcycle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE qualification.
- Valid rider's license and proven experience as a dispatch rider in Lagos.
- Good knowledge of Lagos roads and routes, especially mainland and island areas.
- Must have a smartphone and the ability to use Google Maps.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Honest, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must reside in Lagos and be familiar with the assigned area.
- Must have a guarantor.
