TPAUL Integrated Services Ltd is an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company with expertise in electrical and instrumentation installations, as well as mechanical and civil installation and maintenance. We are a neutral systems integrator with extensive experience working with various industry-leading DCS and PLC platforms. Role Description

The Director of Sales and Business Development will oversee all sales operations, develop strategic business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. Daily tasks include managing sales teams, identifying and pursuing new business prospects, maintaining relationships with clients, and creating and executing sales strategies to meet company goals. This is a full-time, on-site or hybrid role based in Port Harcourt


Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Sales, including creating and executing sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in overseeing Sales Operations and ensuring workflows meet organizational goals.
  • Demonstrated ability in Customer Service, with a focus on maintaining and enhancing client relationships.
  • Proven experience in Team Management, including leading, mentoring, and motivating sales teams to achieve targets.
  • Solid background in Business Development, with skills in identifying and pursuing new market opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required; MBA is a plus.
  • Familiarity with engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) industries is advantageous.
