Responsibilities:
- Oversee the company’s operational strategy, resource planning, and project execution.
- Provide leadership to project, engineering, procurement, and administrative teams.
- Develop operational policies, systems, and performance KPIs.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Drive business growth, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.
- Manage risk, ensure compliance with regulatory bodies, and uphold quality standards.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and operational reporting.
- Build strong vendor, contractor, and stakeholder relationships.
Requirements:
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 10–15 years of operational experience in construction, real estate, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven track record leading multi-project operations at a senior level.
- Strong strategic planning, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent knowledge of construction regulations, HSE standards, and the Lagos construction environment.
- Professional certifications (COREN, PMP, MBA) are an advantage
