Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position for a Direct Sales Representative based in Abuja. The role involves identifying and acquiring potential clients, promoting the bank's financial products, and meeting sales target. Responsibilities also include conducting sales presentations and providing exceptional customer service. Collaboration with team members and participating in training sessions to improve sales techniques are key parts of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with prospects and clients.

Ability to cross sell the bank’s financial products.Sales skills, with experience in meeting or exceeding targets.Ability to effectively participate in training programs to enhance sales proficiency.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team environment.O’level, OND, HND, Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
