Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Direct Sales Executive role based in Ibadan. The Direct Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, conduct in-person sales presentations, and promote the company’s products and services to prospective and existing clients. Daily activities include prospecting, scheduling and attending client meetings, following up on leads, and maintaining an up-to-date sales pipeline. The role also involves handling customer inquiries, providing accurate product and pricing information, and supporting clients through the sales process to ensure satisfaction and retention. The Direct Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams to share market feedback, meet or exceed sales targets, and contribute to overall business growth.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
  • Proven customer service and client relationship management skills, with a focus on responsiveness and professionalism.
  • Demonstrated sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
  • Basic understanding of finance and insurance concepts, with the ability to explain related products or services to clients.
  • Goal-oriented mindset, strong organizational and time-management abilities, and comfort working in a fast-paced setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of integrity and reliability.
  • Previous experience in direct sales, consulting, or client-facing roles is an advantage.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
