Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers to promote the bank’s products and services.
- Market and sell various banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, and loan products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored banking solutions to meet their financial goals.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bank’s retail portfolio.
- Participate in field marketing activities, product campaigns, and promotional events to generate leads.
- Ensure all sales and onboarding processes comply with the bank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities and submit regular performance reports to supervisors.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
- Maximum Entry Age: 35 years.
- Grooming: Must be well-groomed and dress corporately at all times.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Personality: Smart, confident, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.
