Job Summary

The Direct Sales Executive will be responsible for driving the bank’s retail sales by identifying prospective customers, promoting banking products, and closing sales opportunities. The role involves engaging directly with individuals and businesses to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable products.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers to promote the bank’s products and services.
  • Market and sell various banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, and loan products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored banking solutions to meet their financial goals.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bank’s retail portfolio.
  • Participate in field marketing activities, product campaigns, and promotional events to generate leads.
  • Ensure all sales and onboarding processes comply with the bank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities and submit regular performance reports to supervisors.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.


Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
  • Maximum Entry Age: 35 years.
  • Grooming: Must be well-groomed and dress corporately at all times.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Personality: Smart, confident, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.
