Job summary
We are seeking motivated and target-driven direct sales agents (DSAs) to join our team in Lagos. The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying and onboarding merchants and business owners, promoting payment and financial solutions, building strong customer relationships, following up with prospects, and achieving monthly onboarding

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and onboarding merchants and business owners,
- Promoting payments and financial solutions
- Building strong customer relationships.
- Following up with prospects and achieving monthly onboarding targets.
- DSAs are expected to onboard 20 merchants monthly, including at least 3 subscription-based merchants.
Requirements:
- Previous sales or direct sales experience is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence to interact professionally with merchants and business owners.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working in a target driven environment
- Possess strong persuasion and customer service skills.
- Ability to consistently meet targets.
Remuneration: NGN 90,000 Monthly
Benefit: Commissions with additional performance-based bonuses for exceeding targets.
