Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective customers to promote the institution's financial products and services.
- Generate new business through direct sales, referrals, and other approved marketing activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility requirements to potential clients.
- Assist customers with completing account-opening or product application processes accurately.
- Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with the institution's policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sales practices during all customer interactions
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an added advantage
- Maximum age of 30 years at the time of onboarding.
- Minimum academic qualification of Second Class Lower (2:2) or its equivalent.
- No restriction on the tertiary institution attended.
- Candidates will be assessed based on competence, skills, and relevant experience.
- For experienced Support Staff roles, a minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience is required
