Job Summary

The Direct Sales Agent is responsible for creating customer awareness of the company’s products and services, and direct client acquisition and interaction to increase product utilization and deliver sales.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively present features and benefits to customers.
  • Engage with existing and potential customers to promote and sell products.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any questions or concerns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Participate in training sessions and sales meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Handle sales transactions and follow up on leads to convert them into sales.


Requirements:

  • B.Sc. degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven work experience in a sales role.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
