Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively present features and benefits to customers.
- Engage with existing and potential customers to promote and sell products.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Participate in training sessions and sales meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Handle sales transactions and follow up on leads to convert them into sales.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven work experience in a sales role.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
