Sales Agent
Job summary
We are seeking ambitious and results-oriented Direct Sales Agents to promote and sell SolarCorp's energy solutions. The ideal candidate will generate leads, engage customers, drive sales conversions, and consistently achieve assigned revenue targets through field sales and business development activities.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell SolarCorp's products and services, including CIRCOOL Solar Plans and other approved energy solutions.
- Identify and engage potential customers through field prospecting, referrals, activations, and direct marketing activities.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and sales opportunities.
- Convert prospects into paying customers and drive wallet activations and funding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Participate in daily field activities, storming exercises, roadshows, and community activations.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, sales activities, and conversions.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Attend sales meetings, product training sessions, and performance review meetings.
- Represent the Company professionally at all times.
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to Management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience in sales, direct marketing, customer acquisition, field sales, FMCG sales, financial services sales, telecom sales, or solar sales is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
- Good interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
- Must be willing to work in the field and participate in sales activations and storming exercises.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and smartphone applications.
- Must reside within Lagos or surrounding areas.

Remuneration: NGN 150,000
