Responsibilities:
- Field sales across assigned territories
- Customer acquisition and conversion across multiple verticals
- Retail and residential engagement for product distribution
- Agent recruitment and onboarding
- Product education and customer support
- Submission of sales reports and field activity updates
- Visual documentation (product placement and customer engagement photos)
Requirements:
- Have prior sales experience (an advantage, not mandatory)
- Are confident in face-to-face sales and customer engagement
- Have strong communication and persuasion skills
- Are comfortable with fieldwork and movement
- Own or have consistent access to a smartphone
- Can capture clear, usable product photos
- Are self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented
