Our client, a reputable financial institution, is seeking a results-oriented and self-motivated Direct Sales Agent to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting financial products and services.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell the institution’s financial products and services to prospective customers.
  • Identify and approach new clients through field marketing, referrals, and other sales channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and terms clearly to clients.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals.
  • Collect and submit accurate customer information and documentation in line with compliance requirements.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the team lead or sales manager.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical sales practices.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales, direct marketing, or customer acquisition (financial services experience is an advantage).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • High level of integrity, confidence, and resilience.
