Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the institution’s financial products and services to prospective customers.
- Identify and approach new clients through field marketing, referrals, and other sales channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Explain product features, benefits, and terms clearly to clients.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals.
- Collect and submit accurate customer information and documentation in line with compliance requirements.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the team lead or sales manager.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, direct marketing, or customer acquisition (financial services experience is an advantage).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- High level of integrity, confidence, and resilience.
