The Direct Sales Agent (DSA) will drive sales of solar and energy-storage solutions by engaging directly with homeowners, SMEs, and corporate clients. The role requires strong self-management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to educate customers, design customized solutions, and close deals independently.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and grow market presence for solar and energy-storage solutions.
- Develop proposals, conduct product demos, present tailored solutions, and close deals to meet revenue targets.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, community outreach, door-to-door visits, and digital channels.
- Educate customers on renewable energy benefits, technology, and cost advantages.
- Conduct needs assessments to recommend suitable energy solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, EPCs, installers, and corporate clients.
- Provide personalized consultation and after-sales support to strengthen customer trust.
- Cultivate long-term customer relationships for referrals and repeat business.
- Coordinate with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track orders, monitor installation progress, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, pricing, and regulatory changes.
Requirements:
- HND / B.Sc. in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience in direct sales or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong resilience, ambition, and a customer-centric mindset.
- A basic understanding of solar technologies is an added advantage.
