Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media and digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, website)
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns.
- Monitor trends, competitor activities, and audience insights.
- Track performance metrics and prepare periodic reports with recommendations.
- Engage with online communities and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Support basic SEO and website content updates where required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) are an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
