Digital Tech Pack Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop complete tech packs for garments, including:
  
• Flat sketches (front, back, side views)
  
• Fabric and trim specifications
  
• Stitching and finishing details
  
• Measurement charts and size grading
  
• Label and packaging instructions
  
• Collaborate with fashion digital illustrators and pattern makers to align design visuals with technical specifications.
  
• Review client requirements and translate them into factory-ready instructions.
  
• Update and maintain a database of standardized tech pack templates for recurring designs.
  
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in all documents to minimize production errors.
  
• Communicate with the production supervisor to clarify technical details during sampling and bulk production.
  
• Revise and improve tech packs based on client or production feedback.

Requirements:

• OND/HND/B.Sc. in Fashion Design, Textile Technology, or related field.
  
• Proven experience as a Tech Pack Developer, Pattern Technician, or Fashion Designer with a technical focus.
  
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and production processes.
  
• Proficiency in design/technical software such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or CAD fashion tools.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  
• A portfolio of past tech packs or technical garment documentation is an advantage.
