Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital and social media growth strategies to increase brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation
- Manage and grow the organization's presence across platforms and relevant channels
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content that aligns with brand objectives and target audience interests
- Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and platform updates to identify growth opportunities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, promotions, contests, and audience engagement initiatives
- Build and nurture online communities by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, videographers, and marketing teams to produce high-performing content
- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, website traffic, leads, and conversions
- Optimize content strategies based on performance data and audience insights
- Support influencer partnerships, collaborations, and brand ambassador programs where applicable
- Assist in managing paid social media advertising campaigns and audience targeting strategies
- Prepare periodic reports on social media performance and growth initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, community management, or growth marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and audience engagement strategies
- Excellent content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills
- Experience using social media management and scheduling tools
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and platform-specific insights tools
- Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
