We are seeking a creative, results-driven, and data-oriented Digital & Social Media Growth Officer to drive brand awareness, audience growth, engagement, and lead generation across digital and social media platforms.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital and social media growth strategies to increase brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation
  • Manage and grow the organization's presence across platforms and relevant channels
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content that aligns with brand objectives and target audience interests
  • Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and platform updates to identify growth opportunities
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, promotions, contests, and audience engagement initiatives
  • Build and nurture online communities by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, videographers, and marketing teams to produce high-performing content
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, website traffic, leads, and conversions
  • Optimize content strategies based on performance data and audience insights
  • Support influencer partnerships, collaborations, and brand ambassador programs where applicable
  • Assist in managing paid social media advertising campaigns and audience targeting strategies
  • Prepare periodic reports on social media performance and growth initiatives


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, community management, or growth marketing
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and audience engagement strategies
  • Excellent content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills
  • Experience using social media management and scheduling tools
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and platform-specific insights tools
  • Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
