Job summary
We are looking for a smart, persuasive, and customer-focused Digital Sales Associate to help drive online sales growth across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate understands how to engage customers online, build trust through communication, follow up on leads, convert inquiries into successful sales, and support digital advertising campaigns

Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement & Sales:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, email, website channels, and other online platforms
- Guide customers through products/services and recommend suitable solutions based on their needs
- Convert online inquiries into confirmed sales through effective communication and follow-up
- Build strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals
- Handle objections professionally and provide accurate product/service information
Lead Generation & Follow-Up:
- Follow up consistently with interested customers and pending leads
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities
- Track prospects from first contact to final conversion
- Re-engage inactive or undecided customers using strategic follow-up messages
Digital Marketing & Advertising:
- Assist in planning, running, and monitoring paid advertisements on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google
- Monitor ad performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversions
- Support lead generation campaigns through social media and online marketing efforts
- Help optimize online visibility and customer reach through digital marketing initiatives
Content & Online Presence Support:
- Support daily posting and engagement across social media platforms
- Assist in creating sales-focused captions, product highlights, customer testimonials, and promotional content
- Monitor online engagement and identify potential sales opportunities from comments, messages, and interactions
- Help maintain a professional and trustworthy online brand presence
Requirements:
- Proven experience in online sales, customer service, digital marketing, or social media management
- Basic understanding of running paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or Google platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent persuasion and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to close sales confidently and professionally
- Good understanding of social media platforms and online selling techniques
- Strong follow-up and customer engagement skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations effectively
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems, spreadsheets, and sales tracking tools is an advantage
- Self-motivated, organized, creative, and target-driven
