JOB TITLE:DIGITAL SALES STRATEGIST

Position Overview:
The Digital Operations Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that optimize the digital operations. This individual will oversee the smooth integration of digital marketing, technology, and operations, ensuring that all processes and systems align with the company's objectives. You will play a pivotal role in streamlining operations, improving efficiency, and driving digital transformation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy Development:
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance digital marketing operations and performance.
* Lead the integration of new technologies, platforms, and tools to support operational growth and scalability.
* Stay updated on industry trends, digital tools, and best practices to continuously innovate operations.
2. Operations Optimization:
* Analyze and streamline digital operations, ensuring alignment with Xpark 360’s goals.
* Create and enforce workflows and processes for digital marketing campaigns, from ideation through execution and reporting.
* Oversee the execution of campaigns, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and KPIs are met.
3. Data Management & Reporting:
* Leverage analytics tools to monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
* Develop and implement digital reporting frameworks to track performance, KPIs, and ROI across all channels.
* Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Work closely with creative, media, content, and client management teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
* Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth operation of digital platforms, tools, and systems.
* Act as a liaison between the operations, marketing, and IT departments to ensure digital processes are running efficiently.
5. Technology Management:
* Lead the evaluation and implementation of digital tools, software, and platforms to enhance operational efficiency.
* Ensure all digital operations are fully supported with the right technology infrastructure.
6. Process Improvement:
* Identify gaps and areas for improvement in existing processes and propose solutions to optimize efficiency.
* Continuously assess digital workflow performance, recommending changes to improve overall productivity.
7. Client Relationship Management:
* Ensure that digital strategy and operations align with client expectations and objectives.
* Work with account managers to tailor digital strategies to client needs and communicate campaign progress.
