Homely is a fast-growing property platform for vacation rentals dedicated to helping hosts unlock the full potential of their homes. We’re looking for a proactive Digital Sales & Marketing Associate to join our team and drive the growth of our host services. This is a unique opportunity to combine sales, marketing, and customer experience in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
Job responsibilities
- Promote and sell Homely’s host services.
- Build strong relationships with hosts, understand their needs, and guide them to the right solutions.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to attract and engage new hosts.
- Create engaging content for social media, email marketing and the website to showcase our services.
- Provide a seamless onboarding experience for new hosts.
- Monitor sales and marketing performance and optimise strategies based on insights.
Job requirements and skills
- 1- 3 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, growth or business development (experience in real estate, proptech, or hospitality is a plus)
- Strong understanding of lead generation, sales pipeline and lead conversion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to confidently deliver presentations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho) to manage pipelines and workflows
- Strong understanding of online advertising, social media and email marketing
- Creative, highly organised, data-driven, and results-oriented
- Interest in property, hospitality, or short-term rental markets is a plus
